Our approach

From the ad to
the booked job.

An enquiry isn’t a job. It still needs a reply, a quote and a booking — usually while you’re on a roof. The system covers all four steps so nothing falls through the gap.

01 / ATTRACT

Get in front of local homeowners.

Meta ads written for gutter cleaning — not a generic “home services” campaign. Aimed at the suburbs you actually service and the jobs you want more of.

In practiceStorm season ads go to the suburbs with the biggest trees, not the whole city.
02 / CAPTURE

Never lose an enquiry.

A quote form, Messenger enquiries and missed calls all land in one lead list, with the customer’s details and where they came from.

In practiceMiss a call while you’re on the roof and the customer gets a text back within a minute.
03 / FOLLOW UP

Reply while you’re working.

Automatic first reply, a nudge if a quote hasn’t been answered, a booking reminder, and a review request once the job’s done. You still do the quoting.

In practiceA quote sent Tuesday that hasn’t been answered gets a follow-up Thursday — without you remembering.
04 / TRACK

Know what actually turns into work.

See where every enquiry came from, what became a quote, and what turned into a booked job. The goal isn’t more marketing data — it’s knowing what is actually making you money.

In practiceEnd of month: spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, jobs booked. Numbers you can check against your invoices.
The offer

One gutter cleaning partner
per service area.

We don’t work with competing gutter cleaners in the same territory, so the ads are never running against you. Once your service area is taken, it’s closed to anyone else.

  • Local Meta ads, built and managed

Campaign setup, ad copy and creative, suburb targeting, ongoing changes. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own account.

  • Enquiry capture

A quote form on your site or a simple landing page, Messenger enquiries, and missed-call text-back — all feeding one lead list.

  • Automatic follow-up

Instant first reply, quote follow-ups, booking reminders and a review request once the job is done.

  • Job tracking

Every enquiry, where it came from, and whether it became a quote or a job. Check it on your phone between jobs.

  • Monthly numbers in plain English

Spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, jobs booked. The figures a gutter cleaner can check against their invoices.

  • After-hours message bank (optional)

An answered message bank for calls you can’t take — a safety net for after hours and busy days, not a replacement for you answering the phone.

How it starts

Check your area. If it’s open, we have a 20-minute video call about your service area, capacity and what brings in work today. Then a plan for the first 30 days.

How it’s priced

One flat monthly fee. No setup fee. Ad spend is separate and paid straight to Meta from your own account, so you always control it. Month to month, no lock-in contract.

What you need

A Facebook page, capacity for more jobs, and someone who answers quotes. You don’t need a website to start.

Exclusive territories

See if your area is still available.

We only work with one gutter cleaning partner in each service territory. If your area is already taken, you’ll be told straight away.

Check your area Two minutes to fill in. No sales call unless the area is open.
