What happens to
your details.
Short version: the details you send through this site are used to reply to you about your service area, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you use the area-check form we collect your name, business name, mobile number, service area, and whatever you write about your business. If you email or call, we keep that correspondence.
What we use it for
To check whether your service area is available and to reply to you. If we go on to work together, the same details are used to run your account. We don’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Nobody else. We don’t sell, rent or share your details with third parties, including other gutter cleaning businesses.
Advertising and analytics
This site may use standard analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure how people find it. These tools set cookies. You can limit this through your browser or your Facebook ad settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and as required by Australian tax and record-keeping law after that.
