A few things to know.
I’ve paid for marketing before and got nothing. Why is this different?
Two reasons. It’s built by someone who works in gutter cleaning, not a generalist agency running twenty industries. And the numbers are checkable — spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry and jobs booked, every month, against your own invoices. If it isn’t working, you’re month to month and can stop.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly fee that covers managing the ads and running the follow-up system. No setup fee, no lock-in contract. Ad spend is on top and paid directly to Meta from your own account, so you always control it. The exact figure depends on your area and capacity, which is what the first call is for.
What counts as a territory?
Your real service area — the suburbs you actually drive to — not a whole city. Once it’s taken, no competing gutter cleaner is accepted in it. A neighbouring area can be a separate territory.
Is this only for gutter cleaning businesses?
Yes. The whole system — the ads, the follow-up wording, the tracking — is built around gutter cleaning jobs. That’s what makes it work.
Can you work with a business in Perth?
Mates Rates already holds its service area in Perth. If your service area doesn’t overlap with theirs, send it through and I’ll check.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Everything is done over a video call, wherever you’re based.
What should I have ready?
Your service area, how many more jobs a week you could take, and a rough idea of what brings in work today. No presentation needed.
